Rock music journalist legend Chris Salewicz is this weeks guest on 2Legs! Chris tells about his early beginnings at NME (New Musical Express). His take on the Profumo affair, the story of how his 1986 book, The Definitive Biography came to fruition. And finally, his legendary interview with McCartney for the launch of Q magazine in 1986!
If you haven't heard it: here is the link for Chris' legendary interview with Macca! We strongly suggest you give this a listen either before or after our interview. Paul was never as open as this rarely ever again. And for historical value alone, Chris' interview with Paul will go down as one of the more important ones ever.

It's Here!!! This week on 2Legs Andy and Tom dissect and review the Flaming Pie (Standard) Deluxe Box Set. Neither of them opted for the uber one! They assess where Macca was at that point in his life - Professionally & Personally - namely The Beatles Anthology, which proved to be the impetus for the album as Paul details in the liner notes.
Linda's final appearance on one of Paul's albums is of equal importance. The duo give a thorough and honest review going over the good, the bad and the tasty on the thirteenth installment of the Archive Collection!

Episode 93: 'Back On My Feet'
Thursday Jul 30, 2020
Thursday Jul 30, 2020
"How many days will the wet weather last"?
It's 1987. Paul McCartney's 80s "cloudy" slump reaches its peak. Broad Street/Live Aid/Press To Play/Sessions with Phil Ramone/Return To Pepperland all have yielded well below par for our kid.
A new manager, Richard Ogden jumpstarts Macca with the All The Best! campaign. He then suggests a songwriting collaboration with Mr. Declan McManus (Elvis Costello) to provide a much needed shot in the arm of creativity ultimately resulting in the critically acclaimed June 1989 release of Flowers In The Dirt.
This week on 2Legs we examine the relationship and the results of this collaboration with Mr. Tony Traguardo (Fab4Free4All). The "3 Legs" on this episode have some interesting thoughts on this overlooked collaboration in the Macca canon. Enjoy!

Wednesday Jul 01, 2020
2Legs is back!
This week we take a bite out of a club Sandwich! Original Wings Fun Club Member expert Dale Pantz joins us to give us the backstory on 'Club Sandwich' which was the official Paul McCartney/Wings fan club newsletter which officially ran from 1977 to 1998. We learn about the club's very much home- made origins all the way up to the penultimate issue dedicated to Linda in 1998. Dale informs us who the key players were during the early days at MPL (there was an unofficial fan club pre-1977). We also learn about the involvement of Geoff Baker and Mark Lewisohn's contributions in the ensuing decades to the publication.
Be sure to also check out the video version on our YouTube Channel to see out all the images from the Club Sandwich history.
